App Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026 · Applies to the STAMP mobile app (iOS and Android)
This Privacy Policy describes how 7Lakes LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game STAMP (also listed as "Stamp: The Worst Job") (the "App"). For the playstampgame.com website, see the website Privacy Policy.
Summary
STAMP does not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, or any account. Most data stays on your device. The only exception is the optional World League: if you choose to join it, the App sends a small amount of game data to our server so you can compete with other players (see below). If you don't join, nothing leaves your device.
Information the App stores locally on your device
To remember your progress and preferences between play sessions, the App saves small files on your own device only. These include:
- Gameplay preferences (side of the emergency button, difficulty level)
- Language, sound, music, and vibration settings
- An age range you select during first-time setup (used only to suggest a difficulty default — not linked to any identity, never leaves your device)
- Your local high score, coins, game history, and shopping list progress
None of this information is transmitted anywhere, is not linked to you personally, and is not accessible to us. Uninstalling the App removes it.
World League (optional)
The World League is a weekly online competition. Joining is optional and you can leave at any time. When you join, the App creates an anonymous player ID on our server (no email, password, or real name) and sends:
- Your league nickname. Nicknames are built only from words provided by the game (for example "Duck Without Coffee 482"); you cannot type free text, so no real names or messages are ever published.
- A two-letter country code taken from your device's language and region setting (for example "AR"), shown next to your nickname. The App does not access your location.
- Results of each game you play while in the league: score, number of boxes stamped, game duration, the time the game ended, and the App version.
We use this information only to run the league: to place you in a group, rank you, apply weekly promotions and rewards, and detect impossible or duplicated results. Other players see only your nickname, country code, rank, and league points. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the hosting provider described below. League groups may include computer-controlled players so that every group is full from the start.
League data is stored by Supabase (our database and authentication provider) on servers located in São Paulo, Brazil, and is kept while you remain in the league. Players inactive for more than 12 months may be removed.
Deleting your league data
You can delete all your league data at any time from the App: Settings → Delete my league data. This permanently removes your anonymous player ID, nickname, games, and league history from our server. You can also request deletion by emailing us (see Contact below). Uninstalling the App deletes the local data, but not the league data on the server; use the in-app option or email us for that.
Ratings and reviews
From time to time the App may show the standard rating prompt provided by Google Play or the Apple App Store. That prompt is displayed and handled entirely by the store: if you leave a rating or review, it goes directly to the store under its own terms and privacy policy. The App does not receive your rating, your review, or any information about your account.
Third-party services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and it does not use in-app purchases. The only external service is Supabase, used solely for the optional World League described above.
Children's privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The age range mentioned above is a coarse, optional, locally-stored preference, not personal data collection. The World League does not allow free text, so players cannot publish their name or contact details.
Changes to this policy
If STAMP adds new features that change how information is handled, this policy will be updated accordingly before that feature is released.
